Initial Consultation
The initial consultation is the foundation of your homeopathic treatment. Jim takes the time to understand the complete picture of who you are — your main complaints, your health history, your emotional life, your sleep, your energy, your fears, your food preferences, and much more. The details count. This thorough intake is what allows Jim to find the single remedy that matches your unique pattern of symptoms.
After the consultation, Jim carefully analyzes your case and selects your remedy. You’ll receive clear instructions on how to take it and what to observe in the weeks that follow. Remedies are typically inexpensive and easy to obtain from a homeopathic pharmacy.

Follow-Up Consultations
Follow-up appointments are where the real work of classical homeopathy unfolds. Jim reviews your response to the remedy — what has changed, what has improved, what new symptoms or observations have emerged — and adjusts the treatment plan accordingly. These appointments are essential to the process and are typically scheduled four to eight weeks after your initial consultation.

Start with a complimentary 15-minute call to ask questions and make sure Jim’s approach feels like the right fit for you. No pressure, no commitment.
Step 2 — Complete Your Initial Consultation
Your two-hour initial consultation covers everything — your health history, current symptoms, emotional patterns, lifestyle, and more. Jim listens carefully and asks thoughtful follow-up questions to build a complete picture of you as an individual.
Step 3 — Receive Your Remedy
After the consultation, Jim selects the single remedy that best matches your complete symptom picture. He’ll explain what it is, how to take it, and what to watch for. Remedies are typically available from online homeopathic pharmacies and cost very little. These medicine come at a very little cost, compared to conventional medicines.
Step 4 — Follow Up & Refine
Four to eight weeks later, you’ll meet with Jim for a follow-up consultation to review your response. Classical homeopathy is a process — some chronic conditions require several follow-up appointments over months to achieve lasting results.

Do you accept insurance?
Homeopathic consultations are not currently covered by most insurance plans. Jim’s fees are kept as accessible as possible, and many clients find that the cost of homeopathic treatment is significantly less than ongoing conventional care for chronic conditions.
How do video consultations work?
All consultations are conducted via Zoom — a simple, free video platform that works on any smartphone, tablet, or computer. Jim will send you a link before your appointment. No downloads or accounts are required to join.
How do I get my remedy?
After your consultation, Jim will recommend a specific remedy and potency. Jim will usually mail you the first dose himself. For further doses he will ask you to order from Boiron, Amazon, etc.
How many appointments will I need?
This varies depending on your condition and how long you have had it. Acute conditions may resolve quickly. Chronic conditions typically require a series of follow-up appointments over several months. Jim will give you a realistic sense of what to expect during your initial consultation.
